Geoffroy, Managing Director of MERGENCE, has 25 years’ experience in advising companies and managers, gained in a number of firms (chartered accountants, auditors, M&A). Over the past 5 years, he has been involved in divestments in a wide range of sectors (recycling, carpentry, services, railways, plumbing/heating, bio-cosmetics, etc.) for deals ranging from €1m to €100m.
