Mickaël is a qualified agri-agro engineer,
After working for 4 years in an accounting centre, he joined for 20 years the Crédit Mutuel group as a SME business manager and then as a corporate branch manager in the Nantes region.
In this capacity, he advised a number of managers on their business transfer and external growth projects and assisted and advised buyers in drawing up their business plans and seeking finance.
In 2022, in association with a chartered accountancy firm, he set up AVEC-VOUS SAS, which specialises in assisting managers with their sale-acquisition-external growth projects and company financing operations.
In the space of 3 years, AVEC-VOUS SAS has carried out sales in a variety of sectors: trade (public works equipment, industrial supplies, cleaning products, wine), plumbing, joinery, firewood production, meat cutting services, specialised transport, etc. for businesses with turnover between €1m and €20m.
AVEC-VOUS SAS operates in the Pays de Loire and neighboring departments.
