He graduated from the Ecole Superieur de Commerce PARIS (option: management-finances) and has spent the whole of his career in the agri-food industry, mostly with his family’s business in the Allier region.

He was sales director for their animal feed activity and created their consumer egg production and packaging activity which was involved in the creation of the Matines Group.

After this he directed the AXEREAL Group animal feed unit for twenty years. It was there that he led about a dozen external growth operations. Louis THIVAT then used the business acquisition expertise he had built up by then to found S.A.S. L.P.C. in 2011: this company is specialised in providing business sale transaction consulting services for both sellers and buyers.
Its activities cover all of the agri-food business sectors; it works mostly with Small to Medium Businesses located in the Auvergne and its surrounding regions.

In 3 years, the AVEC-VOUS firm has completed divestiture transactions in various sectors: trade (construction equipment, industrial supplies, cleaning products, wines), plumbing, carpentry, firewood production, meat cutting services, specialized transport… for businesses with turnovers ranging from €1 million to €20 million.

The AVEC-VOUS firm operates in the Pays de la Loire region and its neighboring departments.
