Jean Piedallu trained as a general engineer, graduating from the Institut Industriel du Nord (IDN, now Ecole Centrale de Lille) in 1981.
After some initial industrial experience as a business engineer in the aeraulics sector, he held various positions in banks and financial institutions, exclusively for a clientele of companies, SMEs and intermediate-sized companies.
In the course of these 17 years, among other things, he created the financial engineering department in a regional bank. He was most recently the director of a bank dedicated to companies for two departments in South West France.
Jean Piedallu created J.P. Conseil in 2000 to work in SME sales mainly in the region of Aquitaine. It generally assists managers wishing to sell their company in the various stages of the operation, from initial reflection on the feasibility of the operation to the signing of the deeds; its mission therefore naturally covers the search for buyers and assistance with negotiations. Less often, it is commissioned by professionals aiming for enable external to present them with opportunities that meet their search criteria.
It operates in many fields of activity but through its initial training has a special appeal for industrial companies. It has also developed knowledge of the tourism sector thanks to its significant role in the regional economic fabric.
