David RAGE, founding director of Fusax Partners, holds a Master’s degree in business management and finance, associated with a professional career whose common thread has been entrepreneurship and the sale and acquisition of companies.
20 years of experience in the banking sector, auditing, transfer – acquisition and economic development led him to create Fusax Partners in 2018, in order to offer a global support to managers in the Auvergne region, and to provide a support by sharing his knowledge of the economic fabric, actors and networks of his territory. David teaches entrepreneurship and corporate finance in universities and engineering schools. He is also vice-president of the Auvergne Business Angels network, of which he was one of the creators.
Fusax Parners is an independent firm specialized in transfer-acquisition operations, which operates particularly in the industrial, service, trading and construction sectors.
